- We use reasonable safeguards to protect quote information, artwork, production files and business records.
- We limit access to customer files to people and providers who need them to complete the work.
- Online card data, if accepted, is handled by a secure payment service provider.
- Customers should avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information in artwork, forms or email.
This page summarizes our practical security and trust practices.
01Security practices
- Secure website connections where supported.
- Access controls for business systems and customer files.
- Limited internal access based on role and production need.
- Vendor review for services that help host, store, process, deliver or support customer orders.
- Routine software updates and reasonable administrative safeguards.
- File handling practices designed to reduce unnecessary exposure of customer artwork and production files.
02Payment security
If online card payments are available, full card numbers are handled by our payment service provider. We do not intentionally store full payment card numbers on our own servers. We keep transaction records needed for accounting, taxes, refunds, disputes and customer support.
03Artwork and file handling
Customer files are used to quote, proof, produce, finish, deliver, support and reorder print jobs. We may store production files for reorder accuracy unless you ask us to delete them and we no longer need them for an active order, legal obligation or dispute.
Please remove unnecessary sensitive information from artwork before sending it to us.
04Incident response
If we identify a security incident affecting personal information or customer files, we will investigate, take reasonable steps to contain and remediate the issue, and provide notices required by applicable law.
05Limitations
No system can be guaranteed perfectly secure. Security also depends on customer choices, such as using accurate contact information, protecting email accounts, and avoiding unnecessary sensitive data in files or messages.
06Report a security concern
If you believe you found a security issue involving our website or your files, contact us promptly.
