01Overview

SAVAGE PIXEL LLC ("we," "us," and "our") operates savageprintingpixel.com and provides custom print, wide-format, apparel, signage, label and related production services.

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, how we share it, how long we keep it, and the choices you have. It applies to website visitors, quote requesters, customers, vendors and business contacts.

02Information we collect

Information you provide

  • Contact details, including name, company, email address, phone number and mailing or delivery address.
  • Quote and order details, including products requested, quantity, sizes, stock, finish, deadlines, notes and proof approvals.
  • Artwork and production files that you upload, email or otherwise provide to us.
  • Billing and transaction details, such as order history, invoice records, payment status and tax information. If online card payment is available, full card numbers are handled by our payment service provider and are not stored by us.
  • Communications with us, including email, phone, form submissions and customer support messages.

Information collected automatically

  • Basic device and usage data, such as IP address, browser type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, date and time of visit, and general location inferred from IP address.
  • Cookies and similar technologies needed to operate the site, remember preferences, protect forms and understand aggregate site performance.
  • Consent records, including your selected cookie categories, consent policy version, approximate region signal, browser-level privacy signal status and a randomly generated browser identifier used to remember your choice.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information unless you choose to include it in artwork, files or messages you send to us.

03How we use information

  • To respond to quote requests and questions.
  • To review artwork, prepare proofs, produce orders, manage pickup or delivery, and provide reorders or support.
  • To process invoices, payments, refunds, taxes, accounting and business records.
  • To send order updates, proof notices, production questions and customer service messages.
  • To maintain website functionality, security, fraud prevention and troubleshooting.
  • To improve our website, services, product offerings and customer experience.
  • To comply with legal, tax, accounting, chargeback, dispute and regulatory obligations.

Legal bases for visitors in Europe and the UK

  • Contract necessity, when we use information to provide quotes, orders, proofs, fulfillment and support.
  • Legitimate interests, when we secure the site, prevent fraud, improve services and maintain business records.
  • Legal obligation, when we keep tax, accounting, compliance or dispute records.
  • Consent, when required for non-essential cookies or optional marketing communications.

04How we share information

We share personal information only as needed to operate our business and provide services.

  • Production partners or specialty vendors, when a product, finish or material is produced off-site.
  • Shipping carriers, couriers and delivery services for fulfillment.
  • Payment, invoicing, accounting, banking and tax service providers.
  • Website hosting, email, file storage, security, analytics and customer communication providers.
  • Professional advisors, insurers, auditors, legal counsel or authorities when needed to protect rights, comply with law, handle disputes or complete business transactions.

We do not sell personal information. We also do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising unless we provide the required notice and choice.

05Cookies and analytics

We use a first-party consent tool to manage cookie choices for Necessary, Functional, Analytics and Marketing categories. Necessary storage is always active because it is required to load pages, protect forms and remember your privacy selection.

Where consent is required, Functional, Analytics and Marketing categories stay off unless you choose to enable them. In regions where consent is not required by default, optional categories may be enabled unless you change them or your browser sends a privacy opt-out signal.

We honor Global Privacy Control when available by keeping Marketing off for that browser. You can change your settings at any time through Cookie Settings or Your Privacy Choices in the footer. See our Cookie Policy for more detail.

06Artwork and customer files

Customer artwork, logos, images, designs and production files remain owned by the customer or the applicable rights holder. We use those files to evaluate, proof, produce, finish, deliver, support and reorder the requested print work.

  • We may keep production files to make reorders, color matching and support faster.
  • We will not reuse your artwork for another customer.
  • We will not display your artwork in our portfolio without permission, except for generic production photography that does not reveal confidential information.
  • You are responsible for making sure you have the rights and permissions needed for files you provide.

07Data retention

  • Quote and customer service records are kept while active and for a reasonable period afterward for follow-up and business records.
  • Order, invoice, tax and payment records are generally kept for up to seven years or longer if required by law.
  • Artwork and production files may be kept for reorders and support unless you ask us to delete them and we no longer need them for an active order, legal obligation or dispute.
  • Website logs and analytics records are kept for a limited period based on security, troubleshooting and analytics needs.
  • Cookie consent records are kept as business and compliance records so we can honor your choices and show when they were recorded.

08Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information and customer files, including access controls, secure website connections, limited file access, account security practices and vendor review.

No website, email system or file transfer is perfectly secure. Please do not send unnecessary sensitive information through quote forms or email.

09Your privacy choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to your personal information, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, or information about how we collect and disclose personal information.

California and other U.S. state residents may request to know, correct, delete, or limit certain uses of personal information and may opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising where applicable. Use Your Privacy Choices in the footer to keep Marketing off for this browser. We do not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.

If your browser sends Global Privacy Control, we treat it as a request to keep Marketing off where required by applicable law.

To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. We aim to respond within 30 days for requests from Europe and the UK and within 45 days for California requests, unless a longer period is permitted by law.

10Children

Our website and services are intended for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, or under 16 where a higher age applies. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

11International transfers

We are based in the United States. If you access the site from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

12Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the website or by direct notice where appropriate.
