- Quotes depend on the product, files, quantity, finish and deadline you provide.
- You approve proofs before production. Approved proofs control the final print.
- Custom print orders may not be cancellable or refundable once approved or in production, except for qualifying production errors.
- You must own or have permission to use every file, logo, image and design you send us.
These terms govern use of our website and purchase of custom print services from SAVAGE PIXEL LLC.
01Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of savageprintingpixel.com and your purchase or request for services from SAVAGE PIXEL LLC. By using the site, requesting a quote, approving a proof, placing an order or paying an invoice, you agree to these terms.
If you use our services for a company or organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.
02Our services
We provide custom print and production services, including business cards, stationery, flyers, postcards, booklets, banners, signs, displays, apparel, merchandise, stickers, labels, packaging and related design, file review and finishing services.
Availability of products, materials, turnaround times and finishing options can change based on supply, equipment, workload, file quality and vendor availability.
03Quotes and estimates
Quotes and website estimates are based on the information available at the time, including product, size, paper or material, finish, quantity, artwork condition, deadline and delivery needs. A quote may change if the final job differs from the details provided or if files require additional work.
Unless a quote states otherwise, quotes are valid for 30 days. Taxes, shipping, rush fees and specialty production costs may be added where applicable.
04Artwork, rights and files
You are responsible for supplying print-ready files or approving files we prepare. You confirm that you own or have permission to use all artwork, names, logos, photos, fonts, trademarks and other materials you provide.
- Files should meet the requested size, bleed, resolution, color and format requirements.
- We may make minor production adjustments to prepare files for print, such as size setup, trimming margins, page order, color setup or image quality checks.
- You are responsible for proofing spelling, dates, phone numbers, addresses, QR codes, colors, placement and all other content before approval.
- We may refuse files or content that violate our Acceptable Use Policy.
05Proofs and approvals
A proof is your opportunity to review the job before production. Once you approve a proof, the approved proof controls what we produce.
We are not responsible for errors you approve, including typos, low-resolution artwork, incorrect colors, missing bleeds, wrong dates, incorrect sizes or content you intended to change. If you request changes after approval, additional charges or delays may apply.
06Payment and billing
Payment terms are shown on the quote, invoice or checkout flow. We may require full payment or a deposit before ordering materials, scheduling production or releasing finished goods.
You agree to provide accurate billing information and to pay all approved charges, taxes, shipping, rush fees and other agreed costs. If payment fails or is disputed, we may pause production, hold pickup or delivery, or require another approved payment method.
07Cancellations, returns and refunds
Custom print work is made to order. Cancellation and refund rights depend on the stage of the job. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy for the detailed rules.
In general, you may cancel before proof approval or before custom materials are ordered, subject to charges for work already performed. Once a job is approved, in production or completed, it may not be cancellable or refundable except for qualifying production errors.
08Pickup, shipping and delivery
Turnaround estimates begin after proof approval, payment or deposit, and receipt of production-ready files, unless we agree otherwise. Shipping or courier time is separate from production time.
You are responsible for providing accurate pickup, shipping and contact information. See our Shipping and Fulfillment Policy for more detail.
09Color and production tolerance
Screens and printed ink reproduce color differently. Colors may vary between monitors, proofs, materials, print methods and separate print runs.
We use reasonable production standards for color, trim, registration, folding, cutting and finishing. Minor variation is normal in custom print production. If exact color is critical, request a physical proof or color match process before final production.
10Website and service restrictions
You may not use our website or services for unlawful, deceptive, harmful or infringing purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with the site, bypass security controls, submit malware, scrape the site at scale, impersonate others, submit false information or use our services to produce prohibited content.
Additional restrictions are listed in our Acceptable Use Policy.
11Intellectual property
We retain ownership of our website, branding, templates, production methods, sample designs, copy, photographs and other materials we create unless a written agreement says otherwise.
You retain ownership of customer-provided artwork and content. You grant us permission to use that content as needed to quote, proof, produce, finish, deliver, support and reorder the requested services.
12Disclaimers and limits of liability
The website is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for a claim related to a print order is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or lost-profit damages. Some laws do not allow certain limits, so those limits apply only to the extent permitted.
13Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses arising from files or content you provide, your violation of these terms, your violation of another person's rights, or your unlawful use of our website or services.
14Dispute resolution
If a problem arises, contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally. Most print issues can be resolved with a file review, replacement, reprint or account adjustment.
These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any court proceeding that is not resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Sheridan County, Wyoming, unless applicable law requires a different venue.
15Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the website or services after an update means you accept the updated terms for future activity.
