01Rights to content
You are responsible for making sure you own or have all permissions needed to print, reproduce and use the files, images, logos, trademarks, names, likenesses, fonts, artwork and other content you provide.
02Prohibited content and orders
We may refuse, cancel or stop work on orders that involve:
- Illegal goods, services, activity or instructions.
- Counterfeit goods, unauthorized branded merchandise, trademark misuse, copyright infringement or privacy rights violations.
- False identification, fake credentials, misleading certificates or deceptive documents.
- Content that promotes unlawful violence, credible threats, harassment or hatred toward protected groups.
- Sexually explicit, pornographic or adult-oriented commercial content.
- Controlled substances, illegal drugs, drug paraphernalia, cannabis or regulated substances where the order would create legal or payment risk.
- Weapons, explosives, dangerous materials or instructions for unlawful harm.
- Gambling, sweepstakes or financial promotions that are unlawful, misleading or not properly authorized.
- Products or claims that are deceptive, predatory, fraudulent or likely to mislead consumers.
- Any content or order that we reasonably believe may violate law, third-party rights, safety rules, carrier rules, financial partner rules or our business standards.
03Website misuse
- Do not submit false, misleading or unauthorized information.
- Do not upload malware, malicious files, harmful code or files intended to disrupt systems.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access, scanning, scraping, credential attacks or interference with the website.
- Do not use the site to impersonate another person or organization.
- Do not use automated tools in a way that burdens the site or bypasses reasonable controls.
04Review and enforcement
We may review orders, files and customer information for compliance, fraud prevention, safety, legal obligations and production feasibility. We may reject files, request additional information, cancel orders, refuse future service or report unlawful activity where appropriate.
If an order is cancelled for a policy violation, refund eligibility depends on the stage of production and costs already incurred.
